What does it take to follow God across seven countries and two decades of goodbyes? For me, it began in a small town in the Philippines, where ministry wasn’t just a career—it was the air I breathed. My father was a pastor, my mother a teacher, and their devotion to the Seventh-day Adventist Church shaped every corner of our home. From elementary school onward, my classmates often

A Harvest of Changed Hearts

Our ministry at Camp Whitesand doesn’t just wait for campers to arrive; we go out to find them.   We took our portable rock wall to a community fair in Bigger, Saskatchewan, where the local church raffled off two free weeks at camp. A family won and was so excited that they wanted to send their son, too. They said, “We’re all coming to family camp next year. We need this in our lives.”   That’s how it starts: by opening a door.  When our 228 campers arrived throughout the summer, we worked hard to create a nurturing environment grounded in our theme: “Rooted and Grounded

When God Moves Beyond Our Plans

A Story of Faith, Generosity, and Mission “Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us.” Ephesians 3:20, NIV When the Manitoba-Saskatchewan Conference set a 2025 mission budget of $200,000, we believed it was a bold, faith-filled goal. But God had something greater in mind. Today, we celebrate a milestone of faith, generosity, and the unmistakable movement of the Holy Spirit: over $258,000 in mission initiatives approved for 2025! Exceeding the budget is not a setback—it’s a testimony. It tells us that God’s people
