This assessment covers 18 distinct Spiritual Gifts. If you have been a Christian for a few years, draw from your personal experiences when responding to the questions.
In the event that you have only recently become a Christian, your answers should reflect how well each statement aligns with your heart’s desire, even if you haven’t yet accomplished what the statement refers to.

- Begin with prayer for the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
- Respond to all statements/questions quickly with your first feeling by checking the appropriate box according to Always True, Usually True, Divided Between True or False, Usually False, Always False/Does Not Apply.
- Read each statement with focused attention, then answer according to who you are, not who you would like to be or think you ought to be. How accurate are these statements of you? What has been your experience? What do others tell you? To what degree do these statements reflect your usual tendencies?
